Spray Buffing
VCT tile is durable and often the preferred flooring in many commercial spaces, however it can also become plagued with scuff marks in high traffic areas. Fortunately, a spray buffing treatment is an excellent way to remove surface marks while building up existing layers of wax. This is also a preferred method of maintaining your VCT floor shine in between your annual stripping and waxing maintenance. RBM Maintenance uses equipment that makes spray buffing treatments fast and effective.
Our technicians use high-speed machines with pads that provide that the right amount of force and mechanical action to smooth the finish on the flooring while removing unattractive marks. We finish it off by applying a high-gloss agent that delivers a high-end, refined appearance. Safety is always a priority with RBM Maintenance which is why our cleaning technicians participate in safety classes and pay close attention to every detail.
Top Scrub/Recoat
Removing heavy soils, stains and scuff marks that are common in high-traffic areas is an area we specialize in. Using high-quality and safe cleaning solutions, our cleaning technicians start by removing the top layers of the soiled floor finish to prepare the flooring for a recoating. We the recoat is applied, the flooring becomes restored to like-new condition. We have been told that after a top scrub and recoat, our clients flooring shines like new.
VCT Stripping and Waxing
Vinyl composite tile (VCT) is a common type of commercial flooring because of its durability, affordability, and ease of maintenance. Leave the dirty work to us and allow us to care for them. Preventing discoloration and making sure it does not lose their non-slip quality is key. To restore VCT, a stripping and waxing treatment is necessary routine maintenance.
Our cleaning technicians carefully remove your old wax and soil using a mechanical buffer and industry approved stripping solution. Then we wet mop clean your floors to remove any excess solution or debris. When we see damaged tiles, we immediately notify you to agree upon next steps. To complete our process, we apply an agreed upon number of coats of premium wax to your floors for a shiny finish.
